Job Description:
Prefer 3
years of experience working in a IT Helpdesk environment or Desktop Support.
Have a basic understanding of how to install or image Windows 10 on a laptop, join a system to the domain, add a network or local printer to a system, install and setup a VPN on a system, configure Microsoft Outlook for end-user.
Candidate will also need to have good writing, communication skills, be an active listener and update every ticket every day.
Candidate will be coming into the Cranford NJ office and work with another tech to setup, configure and ship out equipment.
