Regional RN MDS Coordinator

Full TimeAristacare Health Services is looking for a Regional RN MDS Coordinator who will oversee all RN MDS Coordinators from all of its Nursing Home Facilities across NJ and PAThis position is responsible for ensuring the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument through the completion of the (MDS) in accordance with state/federal requirements and the policies/goals of the facility.
This person is a key participant of the interdisciplinary team, assisting in ensuring quality of care, continuity of services, and individualized patient-centered plans and goals.
Conducts patient assessments and determines the health status, level of care, and any subsequent changes.
Ensures accurate and timely RAI completion.
Coordinates interdisciplinary participation in completion of the RAI and resident care plan.
Assists in developing and implementing programs and procedures to maximize the reimbursement potential of the facility and improve quality of care.
Requirements Current active RN NJ licensure MDS Coordinator experience Has experience in MDS Completion Supervisory Experience Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and benefit guidelines

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
