Assist in evaluation, preparation and prosecution of patents and patent applications Provide support for patent enforcement, licensing and business transactions Perform infringement and validity analysis and general portfolio management Other duties as assignedRequirements:

years of experienceUndergraduate degree in Electrical engineering, computer science, physics or related fieldExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated professionalismRegistration to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office Strong computer and internet research skills Ability to multitask and prioritize projects on competing deadlines Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and demonstrated professionalismUSPTO registration is requiredInterested in hearing more? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
