Handle incoming calls regarding stock/custom orders, quotations to be worked up, inquiries with regard to pending orders.
Respond to requests for samples and gather needed information for cost accounting.
Log orders for credit approval and follow-up daily with Credit Dept Attach incoming confirmations to orders in file Maintain open/closed files in an orderly fashion Learn quoting of custom orders and calculation of raw materials to purchase to cover custom orders as well as scheduling of production for stock/custom runs Alert management & sales force as to the flow of pending orders/quotations Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office setting Must have good phone and speech skills Very good organization skills Pleasant and positive phone etiquette Strong written communication skills Job Type:
