License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer a Bachelor's Degree w/3-5 years experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills required
Microsoft Office proficiency in all aspects. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Customer Service Experience helpful.
Description:
Performs a variety of administrative duties for a designated department including clerical and customer service functions.
Answering phones, assisting in travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, luncheons
Handles and assists with specific projects as assigned by manager.
Interacts with all levels and high visibility with clients both existing and prospective.
Assist our project management team with various aspects of the department
Assist in Human Resource tasks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
