Position Description:
The Digital Delivery Engagement consultant will be the link between the client?s internal and external digital innovators. They will partner with brand teams in priority markets around the world to shape innovative strategies, solutions or services to reach patient, physicians and payers and engage the ecosystem in new ways to drive business results and deliver positive patient outcomes. As a member of the Digital Accelerator team, you will co-ordinate Digital Accelerator team members and members outside of the COE to provide expertise, guidance and appropriate tools/resources to the in-market agile teams who are undergoing digital transformation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
? Work with market leaders to define and prioritize digital interventions to drive their business strategies or create a real inflection in their business outcomes.
? Contribute to the analysis, design and implementation of business performance approaches
? Gather, analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses and develop recommendations for presentations to key stakeholders
? Co-create tailor made solutions and work closely with the market to ensure positive impact and sustainable results
? Lead day to day execution of priority markets while guiding and developing individual team members
? Become a conduit in business practices by bringing all capabilities (IT, partnerships, analytics, L&D etc.) required to deliver and help deploy innovative solutions
? Work with the marketing organization to up skill digital awareness/digital capabilities to sustain new practices
? In partnership with Leader, responsible for tracking market-level learnings and case examples that are relevant for broad sharing and distribution to other markets / regions; supports codification into the Digital Accelerator Resources

? Robust project management capabilities and ability to track progress across key milestone, escalating issues and management of multiple stakeholders
? Responsible for tracking roadmap synergies across multiple markets
? Manages cross-functional team deliverables to ensure that digital milestones as agreed with market senior leaders are achieved on time and within budget.
? Has a working knowledge of agile execution and design thinking and develops/maintains agile methodology.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
? Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
? Solid functional knowledge including but not limited to strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing and sales
? Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
? Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
? Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
? Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
? Willingness to take personal risk-as seen through leadership roles- in work environment and extracurricular activities
? Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
? Well organized, highly motivated, process driven and results oriented with the ability to rebalance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment
? Deep understanding of how to use digital channels, techniques, and operating models
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
? Bachelor?s degree or international equivalent from an accredited university
? Minimum 8+ business management or consulting experience in a reputed company
? Critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and document deliverables, KPI?s and outcomes
? Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical levels of the organization is a must.
? Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organizations
? Willingness to travel up to 50%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
