Overview:
The Business Development Representative is the catalyst behind Diamond Elite's success as an organization. As a
consultative sales professional, the Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue
growth and bringing in net new business from prospects. The Business Development Representative sets appointments with business owners to educate them about Diamond Elite's payment processing


solution(s). They do this by prospecting over the phone, face-to-face, through their networks,
and building referral partnerships. The Business Development Representative get compensated with one time commission, residuals and ownership. The compensation is highly leveraged with the
opportunity for creating passive income while working flexible hours.
Role
Your role as the Business Development Representative is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. As the Business Development Representative with Diamond Elite Merchant Services, you will work closely with your local Sales Director to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships that you build. You will then conduct scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Diamond Elite merchant solutions to close sales in our target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, lodging, auto repair, salons, etc.).
The Business Development Representative reports to National Sales Director and receives coaching.
During the training/ramp-up period, your Sales Director will accompany you on your initial
appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our business management software, CRM platform for lead generation, sales presentations, client financial analysis, and contract processing. You will then have the freedom to set your own work schedule while working primarily from a home office and maximizing the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.

o Prospecting for and running dynamic sales presentations oPresenting to clients via CRM on your computer o Closing sales of our payment processing services (Card Processing, loans, high risk, check processing, Quickbooks, Loyalty Marketing) o Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry o o Maintaining regular communication with your Sales Director Job Requirements o Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation and networking skills.


 


Works well independently and as part of a team o Incentive-driven sales "hunter" o Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity o High sense of urgency and innate sales talent o Must enjoy cold-calling and speaking with people face to face o Experience dealing directly with small to mid-sized, local business owners and decision makers o Experience closing in a fast sales cycle: 5 - 10 sales per month o Experience in a performance based compensation model o Previous Top Performer status in an outside sales position o Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales o Ability to pass a background check o Valid driver's license and auto insurance o Computer literacy o Membership in a business or merchant associationor a networking group a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
